近年来,在《幼儿园指导纲要》及幼儿教育理念的引领下,我园对原有课程进行了园本化梳理和建构,在很大程度上,提高了我园课程的有效性和时效性。利用每周两次的集体“理课”活动,力求在研讨课程有效性的基础上,提高教师把握课程和教育教学实践以及教学反思的水平,有效提高活动的质量。
In recent years, guided by the “Kindergarten Guideline” and the concept of early childhood education, I Park has systematically sorted and constructed the original curriculum, which has greatly enhanced the effectiveness and timeliness of our park curriculum. With the twice weekly collective “lectures” activities, we strive to improve the quality of the activities based on the effectiveness of the lectures, the improvement of teachers’ understanding of curriculum and teaching practice and teaching and reflection.
