肌电图检查是临床神经生理学检查的重要方法之一。在神经科、内科、骨科、运动生理学研究和针刺麻醉原理研究等方面有广泛的用途。国内已经生产了肌电图机。肌电图检查的基本指标是肌电波的时限、电压、相数、频率等。由于肌电波形的变异性极大,往往要检查几个、几十个、甚至上百个肌电波,分别测定每个波的各种参数,求得其平均值,方能作出诊断。这种测定工作过去都靠拍照、显影,然后用手工完成,极其费时费力,也易造成误差。因此有必要采取比较自动化的方法,快速而准确地测出结果。从这一目的出发,我们试制成肌电图分析仪,并经过半年多的临床应用基本上能满足上述要求。
Electromyography is one of the most important clinical neurophysiological methods. In neurology, internal medicine, orthopedics, exercise physiology and acupuncture anesthesia research has a wide range of uses. Domestic EMG machine has been produced. The basic indicators of EMG is myoelectric wave time, voltage, number of phases, frequency and so on. As EMG waveform variability is very large, often to check a few, dozens, or even hundreds of myoelectric waves, were measured for each wave of various parameters, to obtain the average, before they can make a diagnosis. This measurement in the past by taking pictures, develop, and then done by hand, extremely time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also easy to cause errors. Therefore, it is necessary to take a more automated method to quickly and accurately measure the results. From this purpose, we try to make EMG analyzer, and after more than six months of clinical application can basically meet the above requirements.
