半轴是轮胎推土机及铲运机的重要零件之一。由发动机输出的驱动力矩,经多级变速和主传动器传给半轴,再由半轴传递给轮边减速器、车轮,推动车子行走或作业。可见,半轴承受很大的驱动力矩。由于轮胎推土机和铲运机作业及运行条件恶劣,一般采用全浮式半轴,其弯曲力矩由轮边支承轴承担。因此,半轴应具有足够的抗拉强度和扭转强度。此外,车子在工作中,可能遇到复杂的应力的作用,要求半轴还应具有足够的韧性及动强度性能。
The axle is one of the important parts of the tire bulldozer and scraper. The driving torque output by the engine is transmitted to the axle shaft through multi-stage transmission and the main transmission, and then transmitted from the axle shaft to the wheel reducer and wheels to drive the vehicle to walk or operate. It can be seen that the half bearing is subject to a large driving torque. As the tire bulldozers and scrapers have poor working and operating conditions, full-floating axle shafts are generally used, and the bending moments are borne by the wheel support shafts. Therefore, the half shaft should have sufficient tensile strength and torsional strength. In addition, when the car is in work, it may encounter complicated stress, and the semi-axle should also have sufficient toughness and dynamic strength performance.
