本着“高标准,严把关,服好务”的方针,在刚刚结束的刊授党校大专班入学考试工作中,我们学区的主要做法是:加强领导,明确职责,充分做好考前准备工作认真贯彻执行好今年党校系统学历教育招生委员会有关招生考试精神,学区专门成立了由10人组成的考务工作领导小组,领导小组成员分工明确,各司其职。领导小组专门召开五次会议,对考点负责人的确定、考务人员的培训、考卷的管理、学生的服务、考场的环境卫生以及安全保卫工作等都作了认真细致的研究和落实;制定了《直属学区十届大专班入学考试规定》、考试操作规程和安全保卫工作等21条规定和入学考试考务工作日程安排表;完善了领导机制和工作程序,召开了考务工作领导小组会议。为提高考务人员思想和业务素质,考前拟出培训内容,指派学区负责人分别对两个考点的考务人员进行了集中培
