满足所在社区常住居民的基本医疗与基本公共卫生服务的需求。是做好群众工作的关键。作为基层医疗服务单位的干部,我深知,满足所在社区10.3万常住居民的基本医疗与基本公共卫生服务的需求是政府交托给我们的重要使命,更是做好群众工作的关键。2011年,上海提出了建立家庭医生制度的目标,对我们的服务提出了更高要求。在我看来,这既是社区卫生服务事业的又一次飞跃契机,也是进一步做好群众工作、与社区居民建立更紧密服务关系的契机,更是全面贯彻党的群众路线的生动实践。
Meet the needs of the basic medical and basic public health services of permanent residents in their communities. It is the key to doing a good job for the masses. As a cadre at the primary medical service unit, I fully understand that meeting the needs of the 103,000 permanent residents of the community in which basic medical services and basic public health services are required is an important mission entrusted to us by the government, and it is also the key to doing a good job for the people. In 2011, Shanghai put forward the goal of establishing a family doctor system and put forward higher requirements for our services. In my opinion, this is not only another opportunity for the community health service to take off, but also an opportunity to further improve the work of the people and build a closer service relationship with the community residents. It is also a vivid practice of fully implementing the Party’s mass line.
