The enlarged meeting of members of the Fu River Basin Planning Leading Group was held in Fuzhou from May 14 to May 15, 1986. All the members of the leading group and leaders of the Provincial Planning Commission and Provincial Water Resources Planning and Design Institute and experts of water conservancy, Nanchang Hydropower Bureau, Nanchang County Hydropower Bureau, Jinxian County Hydropower Bureau and related counties (cities) Bureau director in charge of planning a total of more than 70 people attended the meeting.
