采用L9(34)正交实验设计,探讨微波辐射和IBA浸种对云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,平均胚轴和根长分别为3.4~4.3cm和2.6~3.3cm,处理组合间,平均胚轴和根长这2个指标及其比值呈现极显著的差异(p=0.000~0.003<0.01)。胚轴和根长的优水平组合均为微波辐射30s和0.15g/L的IBA浸种。微波辐射是影响胚轴和根长的主导因子。微波辐射和IBA浸种的交互作用仅对胚轴有显著的差异影响(p=0.033<0.05)。
The effects of microwave irradiation and IBA soaking on the growth of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings were studied using L9 (34) orthogonal design. The results showed that the average hypocotyl and root length were 3.4 ~ 4.3cm and 2.6 ~ 3.3cm, respectively. There were significant differences in the two indexes (treatment group, mean hypocotyl and root length) and their ratios (p = 0.000 ~ 0.003 < 0.01). The optimal combinations of hypocotyl and root length were soaked with IBA for 30 s and 0.15 g / L respectively. Microwave radiation is the dominant factor affecting the hypocotyl and the root length. The interaction between microwave irradiation and IBA soaking only had a significant difference in the hypocotyl (p = 0.033 <0.05).
