有关疾病经济负担的研究,国内报道较少。本文对研究期间住院治疗的744例病毒性肝炎病人的经济负担进行了分析,结果显示:各型病毒性肝炎病人的直接费用平均714.80±2.95元,间接费用189.26±3.03元,二者之比为1:0.3。直接费用中住院费占92.8%,住院费中以药费占比例最大(52.11%)。还观察了年龄、职业、文化程度和医疗保健形式对疾病经济负担的影响。本研究结果为探讨适合我国实际的疾病经济分析方法、对本病防制策略的制定均有一定参考价值。
Research on the economic burden of disease, less domestic coverage. This article analyzes the financial burden of 744 cases of viral hepatitis patients hospitalized during the study, the results showed that: the direct costs of various types of viral hepatitis patients average 714.80 ± 2.95 yuan, the indirect costs 189.26 ± 3.03 yuan, the ratio between the two 1: 0.3. Direct expenses accounted for 92.8% of hospital expenses, hospital expenses in the proportion of the largest proportion of drugs (52.11%). The impact of age, occupation, literacy and form of healthcare on the economic burden of disease was also observed. The results of this study to explore the actual economic analysis for our disease, the prevention of this disease have a certain reference value.
