仰卧起坐是中考体育项目之一,它的主要目的是增强腹部的肌肉力量,改善学生的体态。正确的练习有助于加强腹部肌肉的弹性,起到保护腰背部的效果,这对三级蛙跳、立定跳远和实心球练习都有较大帮助,对运动技能产生正迁移。但是由于生理、心理、身体素质和运动能力等各方面的影响,仰卧起坐练习中容易出现一些错误动作。因此,在日常练习中,学生应注意练习的方法和动作的正确性。这里,主要指出一些练习易犯错误及其相应的对策。
Sit-ups are one of the physical education exams. Its main purpose is to enhance the muscle strength of the abdomen and improve the students’ body condition. Correct practice helps strengthen the elasticity of the abdomen muscles and protects the lower back. This is a great help for level 3 leapfrogging, standing long jump and solid ball practice, and positive movement for motor skills. However, due to physical, psychological, physical and athletic ability and other aspects of the impact, sit-ups prone to some erroneous moves. Therefore, in daily practice, students should pay attention to the correctness of the practice methods and actions. Here, we mainly point out that some exercises are easy to make mistakes and their corresponding countermeasures.
