香港山顶缆车总站的凌霄阁要进行大规模的维修工程。因此, 位于山顶道128号凌霄阁第三层302号铺位的山顶邮政分局于2005年4月9日停止营业,暂时关闭。此后于4月11日开始迁往一辆流动邮政车作为临时局址;营业时该车停驻在山顶芬梨道行人专用区,继续为市民提供服务。凌霄阁的维修工程预计于2006年初竣工,届时, 山顶邮政分局将迁回原地继续营业。
Hong Kong Peak Tram Terminus Peak Tower to carry out large-scale maintenance works. As a result, the Peak Post Office at Shop No. 302, Level 3, Peak Tower, 128 Peak Road, was closed on April 9, 2005 and temporarily closed. Since then, the move has been relocated to a mobile postal vehicle on 11 April as a temporary site. While operating, the vehicle was parked on the pedestrian precinct of Fenwick Road at the Peak and continued to provide services to the public. Peak Tower maintenance project is expected to be completed in early 2006, when the Peak Post Office will be moved back to the place of business.
