粉喷桩处理软土地基是一种行之有效且广泛应用的工艺手段,与其它软基处理手段相比,具有施工方便、工期短、工后沉降小(营运质量高)等显著优点。但从其设计方法及施工质量管理来看,技术难度比较大,如果掌握不好,极易出现偏差,且因其为隐蔽工程,易于留下隐患。但是,只要以科学的态度,严格控制其设计方法及施工质量管理,就一定能得到满意的工程质量。结合粉喷桩处理软土地基的工程实践,从设计方法与施工质量管理两个方面详细阐述了保证粉喷桩工程质量的有效措施,以提高粉喷桩处理软土地基的设计与施工水平。
DJM pile is an effective and widely used method of processing soft soil foundation. Compared with other soft foundation treatment methods, it has the advantages of convenient construction, short construction period, small post-construction settlement (high operational quality) and other significant advantages. However, its design method and construction quality management point of view, the technical difficulty is relatively large, if the master is not good, prone to deviation, and because of its hidden works, easy to leave hidden dangers. However, as long as the scientific approach, strict control of its design methods and construction quality management, we will be able to get a satisfactory quality of the project. Combined with DJM pile processing soft soil foundation engineering practice, from two aspects of design method and construction quality management elaborate the effective measures to ensure the quality of DJM pile in order to improve the design and construction level of DJM pile processing soft soil foundation.
