目的分析三都县传染病流行状况,为今后制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对三都县1998—2007年传染病监测数据进行分析。结果1998—2007年全县共报告乙类传染病14种8584例,死亡87例,丙类传染病6种697例,死亡15例,共计发病9281例,死亡102例,年均发病率为299.93/10万,年均死亡率为3.29/10万。肠道传染病发病率为92.62/10万~166.85/10万,年均发病率为123.51/10万,居各类传染病之首;呼吸道传染病发病率由1998年的48.37/10万上升到2007年的98.22/10万,年均发病率为105.64/10万,居各类传染病发病第2位;自然疫源及虫媒传染病发病率为14.66/10万~78.64/10万,年均发病率为38.29/10万,居各类传染病发病第3位;血源及性传播传染病发病率由1998年的14.4/10万上升到2007年的40.69/10万,年均发病率为32.47/10万,居各类传染病发病第4位。结论10年间,三都县肠道传染病发病率维持在较高水平,但有小幅度下降,呼吸道传染病、自然疫源及虫媒传染病和血源及性传播传染病发病率明显上升。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of infectious diseases in Sandu County and provide scientific evidence for future prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the surveillance data of infectious diseases in Sandu County from 1998 to 2007. Results A total of 8584 cases of Class B infectious diseases were reported in 1998-2007 in the county, 87 of them were fatal cases, 697 cases of 6 kinds of class C infectious diseases and 15 cases of deaths, with a total of 9281 cases and 102 cases of death, with an average annual incidence of 299.93 / 100,000, with an average annual death rate of 3.29 / 100,000. The incidence of intestinal infectious diseases was 92.62 / 100000 ~ 166.85 / 100000 with an average annual incidence of 123.51 / 100,000, ranking first in all kinds of infectious diseases; the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases rose from 48.37 / 100000 in 1998 to In 2007, 98.22 / 100000, with an average annual incidence of 105.64 / 100000, ranking the second in the incidence of various types of infectious diseases; natural foci and the incidence of vector-borne diseases was 14.66 / 100000 ~ 78.64 / 100000, the year The incidence rate was 38.29 / 100000, ranking the first three kinds of infectious diseases; the incidence of blood and sexually transmitted infections increased from 14.4 / 100000 in 1998 to 40.69 / 100000 in 2007, the average annual incidence rate 32.47 / 100000, ranking the fourth in all kinds of infectious diseases. Conclusions The incidence of intestinal infectious diseases in Sandu County was maintained at a high level in 10 years, but with a slight decrease. The incidence rates of respiratory diseases, natural foci and insect-borne diseases and blood-borne and sexually transmitted infections were significantly increased.
