滑动变阻器的设计中应注意的几个问题

J2354型滑动变阻器,是一种用途很广的普教仪器,全国有三十多个厂家生产。不同厂家的产品质量相差很悬殊,仅就机械寿命这一项指标而言,好的可达七万五千次以上,而差的却达不到国家教委标准《JY28—87滑动变阻器》(以下简称《标准》)规定的二万五千次的要求。有的甚至滑动到三千多次就不能使用了。本文就几个最常见的问题提出一点初浅的看法,希望对滑动变阻器质量的普遍提高有所裨益。

J2354 type sliding rheostat is a kind of general-purpose universal teaching instrument, which is produced by more than 30 manufacturers all over the country. The difference in product quality between different manufacturers is very different. In terms of mechanical life, this indicator can be as good as 75,000 times or more. However, the difference is less than the National Education Commission’s standard “JY28-87 sliding rheostat” (below The “standard” referred to as the “25,000” requirement. Some even slipped to more than 3,000 times and could not be used. This article presents some preliminary ideas on some of the most common problems and hopes to benefit the general improvement of the quality of the sliding rheostats.
