当前的社会经济正发生着深刻变革与转型,智能、大数据、“互联网+”等浪潮席卷人们生产生活,引领高职教育发展模式的创新与变革。在传统与现代的对抗、挤压和融合中,高职教育面临着人才定位、教学内容与方法、学校管理、办学模式等方面的挑战与机遇。适应社会经济转型发展需求和国际职业教育趋向,高职教育需应时顺势,在人才培养规格、组织架构、专业布局、教与学、教师发展、国际化上精准发力。
The current social economy is undergoing profound changes and transformations. Intelligence, big data, and Internet + have taken the lead in creating and transforming the development model of higher vocational education. In the confrontation, squeezing and integration of tradition and modernity, higher vocational education is faced with the challenges and opportunities in personnel positioning, teaching contents and methods, school management and school running mode. To adapt to the needs of social and economic transformation and the trend of international vocational education, higher vocational education should take advantage of the trend of the times and make precise efforts in personnel training specifications, organizational structure, professional layout, teaching and learning, teacher development and internationalization.
