目的:探讨治疗冠心病无痛性心肌缺血的方法以及治疗效果,为临床提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析80例冠心病无痛性心肌缺血患者临床资料,按照治疗方法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗,观察组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为82.50%,观察组优于对照组。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合硝苯地平控释片治疗冠心病无痛性心肌缺血临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the method of treating painless myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease and its therapeutic effect, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: The clinical data of 80 patients with painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the treatment method. The control group was given Fufang Danshen dripping pills for treatment. The observation group In the control group based on the treatment plus nifedipine controlled release tablets for treatment. Results: After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 82.50% in the control group. The observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: The compound Danshen dripping pills combined with nifedipine GITS in the treatment of painless myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease has obvious clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
