本文在说明了油田集输流程泵的使用条件和特点后,详细地介绍了大庆油田集输流程泵实际生产运行效率低(平均只有46.76%),并分析其原因主要是输油泵不能在最佳的额定工况下运行,特别是实际生产能力未达到设计能力时,普遍采用控制泵出口阀节流造成能量的损失;同时提出提高输油系统效率的关键问题。文章在指出国内现有油泵产品存在的问题时,并对集输系统主要流程泵的使用条件、常用的流量和扬程范围、结构形式等提出了参考意见。
This paper describes the use conditions and characteristics of the oil gathering and transporting process pump, and then introduces in detail the actual production and operation efficiency of the gathering and transporting process pump in Daqing Oilfield is low (an average of only 46.76%), and analyzes the reason is mainly that the oil pump can not be in the best Of the rated operating conditions, especially when the actual production capacity does not meet the design capacity, the common control of pump outlet valve throttling caused by the loss of energy; also put forward to improve the efficiency of the oil system, the key issues. The article points out the problems existing in the existing oil pump products in China, and puts forward some suggestions on the conditions of the main process pumps, the flow and the lift range, the structure forms, etc.
