By April of this year, China’s aviation industry had been established for the 45th anniversary. With the close attention of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, and the Central Military Commission, China’s aviation industry has made tremendous achievements. Zhu Yuli, general manager of China National Aviation Industry Corporation (above, photo by Pu Shilin) pointed out: During the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, more than 1,100 aircraft and 2,400 aviation engines were produced.
