随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,教学质量的提高成为高职院校必须面对的重要课题。在阐述高职院校教学质量及其影响因素的基础上,系统分析了现行教学质量评价模式存在的主要问题,具体论述了构建基于能力本位的教学质量评价模式的必要性与实施策略。以期保证高职教学质量的不断提高,促进学生的全面发展,提升学生综合职业能力。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China, the improvement of teaching quality has become an important issue that vocational colleges must face. On the basis of expounding the teaching quality and its influencing factors in higher vocational colleges, this paper systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the current teaching quality evaluation model, and discusses the necessity and implementation strategies of constructing the teaching quality evaluation model based on competency-based teaching. With a view to ensuring the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges, promoting the all-round development of students and enhancing the comprehensive vocational ability of students.
