随着我国电力改革的不断发展,我国已经实现了“厂网分开”的经营模式。通常,电厂与电网之间通过签订合同进行交易,从电网的稳定和双方的利益考虑,需要将年合同电量向月度进行分解。本文火电机组年合同电量进行了初步分解,得到各机组的月发电计划。然后,考虑机组的检修和新投运以及发电容量等实际因素,建立了火电机组月合同电量的检修修正模型和月最大/最小发电量约束模型,对各机组的月发电计划进行了修正。
With the continuous development of power reform in our country, China has realized a business model of “separation of plant and network”. Normally, the contract between the power plant and the grid is traded. In view of the stability of the power grid and the interests of both parties, the annual contract amount of electricity needs to be decomposed to a monthly level. In this paper, the annual contract of the thermal power unit was decomposed, and the monthly power generation plan of each unit was obtained. Then, taking into account the actual maintenance and commissioning of the unit and the actual capacity of the generator, the monthly maintenance contract model of the thermal power unit and the monthly maximum / minimum generation capacity constraint model are established, and the monthly power generation plan of each unit is amended.
