等离子体聚合反应固体产物的ESR研究证明,在固体产物中存在大量自由基。等离子体聚四氟乙烯气体冷凝物ESR谱的160条超精细结构信号提示,在等离子体聚合过程中气相组份含有大量自由基,为等离子体聚合的自由基反应机理提供了有力的证据。本文对三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)和六氟丙烯(HFP)等离子体聚合过程中的气体冷凝物和固体膜进行了ESR研究,进一步探讨了其自由基聚合机理。实验聚合反应装置同前。CTFE和HFP的聚合条件分别为:功率60和30W,体系真空度1.0×10~(-1)Torr,反应时间7和4h,单体与氩的压力比为1:1.气体冷凝物取样方法同前。
ESR studies of plasma polymerization solid products demonstrate that there are a large number of free radicals in the solid product. The 160 ultrafine structure signals of ESR spectrum of plasma polytetrafluoroethylene gas condensate suggest that the gas phase component contains a large amount of free radicals during plasma polymerization, which provides strong evidence for the radical reaction mechanism of plasma polymerization. In this paper, the ESR of gas condensates and solid membranes in the plasma polymerization of chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) was studied. The mechanism of radical polymerization was also discussed. Experimental polymerization reactor with the former.
