英语新课程标准的颁布实施,让人们感到耳目一新,其诸多传统观点有了重大突破。但是如何处理新课程标准下英语教学“放”与“收”的关系,乃是当前英语课程实验中值得探讨的课题。
The promulgation and implementation of the new English curriculum standards have brought people a fresh look and have made major breakthroughs in many of their traditional views. However, how to deal with the relationship between the new teaching standard of English teaching, “putting” and “receiving” is a topic worth exploring in the current English curriculum experiment.
