室间隔缺损是最常见的先天性心脏病。随着心血管外科技术的不断发展,临床上室间隔缺损修补术式多种多样。治疗方法、手术入路以及辅助手段的不同,导致了室间隔缺损治疗的手术编码的差异,对手术编码人员提出了更高的要求。通过归纳介绍目前室间隔缺损治疗的各种手术方式,并查阅相关医学专业文献,依据国际疾病分类手术与操作(ICD-9-CM-3,2011版)分类标准,对室间隔缺损的各种术式及手术编码要点进行总结,以助于准确表达手术治疗的全过程。
Ventricular septal defect is the most common congenital heart disease. With the continuous development of cardiovascular surgery, clinical repair of ventricular septal defects varied.
