我们使用日本产泪小管吻合器对64例新鲜泪小管断裂伤进行吻合术治疗.随访6月～3年效果满意,报道如下.材料与方法1.一般资料:1990年1月～1993年8月我院收治新鲜泪小管断裂伤80例(占同期住院眼外伤的2.82%),内中以泪小管吻合器修复64例(以泪道探针修复的16例不在本文统计).64例中男57例,女7例(8.14:1).年龄1.5～65岁,平均32.24岁.工人29例,农民11例,干部10例,司机4例,教师2例,学生5例,待业青年2例,幼儿1例.接受伤原因分为他伤40例(62.5%),多为拳脚伤、器物打伤和手指抓伤;自伤24例,多为
We use the Japanese lacrimal canal stapler on 64 cases of fresh laceration of the canaliculus anastomosis. Follow-up 6 months to 3 years with satisfactory results reported as follows.
