除氧器是火电厂的重要辅助设备。它不仅承担着给水除氧的任务,同时也是回热系统中的一级混合式加热器,其运行正常与否,将直接影响着机组的安全和经济性.因此,搞好除氧器及其热力系统的设计、改造和运行,是一项十分重要的工作。本文结合现场对大气淋水盘式除氧器及其热力系统的改进实践,介绍了改善除氧器运行特性与技术经济效益的途径及效果。
Deaerator is an important auxiliary power plant. It not only undertakes the task of deaeration of feedwater, but also a first-level hybrid heater in the regenerative system, whose operation is normal or not, it will directly affect the safety and economy of the unit.Therefore, The design, modification and operation of the thermal system are a very important task. Based on the on-site improvement practice of atmospheric pan-dish deaerator and its thermal system, this paper introduces the ways and effects of improving the operation characteristics and technical and economic benefits of deaerator.
