渗出性中耳炎是五官科常见病,单纯用药物治疗效果不理想,且易反复发作。笔者自1992年以来,应用超短波电疗配合药物综合治疗渗出性中耳炎32例,取得较满意效果,现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料:本组32例中男18例,女14便;左耳17例,右耳15例;年龄为20—49岁,平均36岁。病程2—23年。患者均有不同程度的外耳道渗出液潴留或干痂附着,鼓膜充血渗出或小肉芽增生,听力下降。其中17例鼓膜穿孔,1例鼻咽癌并发中耳炎。32例均由五官科治疗效果欠佳或复发,而转理疗科。 1.2 治疗方法:采用广东汕头产DL—4型五官超短波电疗仪,圆型电容电极,直径7×2cm,一极置耳
Exudative otitis media is a common disease of ENT, simple treatment with drugs is not ideal, and easy to recurrent.
