第三机械工业部第一技术情报网于1980年6月19日至8月10日在132厂举办了计算机情报检索学习班,有25个单位计45人参加学习。三机部情报研究所负责同志指出,这次学习班实际上是向132厂学习的现场会,这个厂是三机部内开展计算机检索工作的第一家,既然这个厂能够开展这项工作,别的厂、所也同样能够开展,关键在于是否能积极克服困难和热心情报工作的现代化(即使是初步的)。学习班安排了计算机情报检索概论、ALGOL60语言、计算机情报检索程序设计、上机操作实习、计算机基础知识、航空资料主题词表及标引技巧,COBOL语言
