作者研究了末稍血液的萤光显微境检查在放射性损害的早期诊断及其严重性的估价上的意义.研究分二阶段进行。第一阶段是选择血液萤光显微境检查的最适宜条件。结果认为1∶10000的吖啶橙溶液是最适合的萤光色素,血液的检查应在萤光色素与血液混匀后30分钟进行。第二阶段是研究伦琴射线照射后萤光显微镜检查血象变化的出现时间及其特征。用四组(每组10只)大白鼠研究了这些变化
The authors studied the significance of fluorescent microscopic examination of apoplexy blood in the early diagnosis of radiological damage and in the evaluation of its severity.The study was conducted in two phases. The first stage is to choose the most suitable conditions for blood fluorescence microscopy. As a result, the 1: 10000 acridine orange solution was considered to be the most suitable fluorescent pigment, and the blood test should be performed 30 minutes after the fluorescent pigment and blood were mixed. The second stage is to study the appearance time and characteristics of fluorescent changes of blood after fluorescence microscope examination. These changes were studied with four groups of 10 rats each
