桂林医专始建于1958年。29年来,为国家培养了2700名医学专业大专毕业生。目前,该校设23个教研室,26个实验室和1个附属医院。全校职工共有879人。1984年6月,自治区同意将该校改为桂林医学院,并报国务院审批。该校1961年建立了文书档案室。近年来,随着教育事业的发展,将文书档案室扩大为包括文书、科技、会计档案在内的综合档案室。为进一步适应教学、科研、医疗的需要,1985年以来,又建立了教学档案,作为综合档案室档案的一个组成部分。现在,该校综合档案室共存档案144295卷,其中教学档案有542卷,教学方面的照片34册,录音、录象带32盒,资料90册。该室
Guilin Medical College was founded in 1958. For 29 years, 2700 medical college graduates have been trained for the country. Currently, the school set up 23 teaching and research laboratories, 26 laboratories and an affiliated hospital. The school staff a total of 879 people. In June 1984, the autonomous region agreed to change the school to Guilin Medical College and submitted it to the State Council for approval. The school established an instrument archives in 1961. In recent years, with the development of education, the file archives have been expanded into comprehensive archives including documents, technology and accounting archives. In order to further adapt to the needs of teaching, scientific research and medical treatment, since 1985, the teaching archives have been established as an integral part of the archives archives. Now, the school’s archives coexist with 144295 volumes of archives, including 542 volumes of teaching files, 34 photographs of teaching, 32 boxes of audio and video tapes and 90 books of materials.
