近两年来,提出了建立具有地方特色档案的新课题,引起了广泛的重视,不少同志对此作了专门论述,我想就如何建立具有地方特色档案的问题,谈谈自己的认识。 档案实行集中统一管理,各级各类档案馆所保存的档案构成了国家全宗。如果地方档案馆在收集、整理中限于一般化,所保存的档案没有地方色彩,这就影响了国家全宗的结构、层次和内容的丰富;如果各地的档案都把各地的特点反映出来,那么从各方面组成的国家全宗就将是绚丽多彩,内容丰富的,并能真实地反映出祖国各地的历史面貌和现状。
In the past two years, the establishment of a new topic with a file of local characteristics has drawn wide attention. Many comrades devoted themselves to this issue and I would like to talk about my own understanding on how to establish a file with a local characteristic. Archives centralized and unified management, archives at all levels and all kinds of archives constitute the national Fonds. If the local archives are limited in their collection and collation, and the archives preserved there are no local colors, this will affect the enrichment of the structures, levels and contents of the nation’s archives. If archives of different places reflect the characteristics of the places, The Fonds of various nationalities will be colorful and rich in content, and will truly reflect the history and the status quo of the motherland.
