目的：探讨精神科临床用药与预防医疗纠纷的对策。方法：精神科医生在对患者实施临床用药时，对药物临床使用适应症进行全面、正确的把握，对临床用药的计量进行合理控制，要求患者严格遵守临床用药的禁用、慎用要求，合理实施临床联合用药，对临床用药的不良反应进行监测，严格审核临床用药的处方。结果：通过采取一系列的对策，处理好家属知情权这一问题，有效的缓解医患之间的紧张关系，有效减少了精神科临床用药预防医疗纠纷。结论：医院做好对临床用药的合理应用、管理，对减少预防医疗纠纷有重要意义，值得推广应用。
Objective: To discuss the countermeasures of psychiatric clinical medication and prevention of medical disputes.
