对以高有机污染的上海淀浦河水为原水的混凝沉淀出水平行开展PVC膜超滤工艺以及活性炭吸附+消毒+砂滤组合工艺和平行中试试验,结果表明:PVC超滤工艺除浊性能较强,但在除有机物、NH_3-N均不如组合工艺。但两种工艺均难使出水有机物、NH_3-N指标达到《饮用水卫生标准》GB5749-2006;采用200ppm次氯酸钠溶液,维护性清洗浸泡时间30min是可行的化学清洗方式;PVC膜超滤工艺的吨水用电量为0.156 kW·h:平均水回收率达89.2%。
