目的 探讨钙离子拮抗剂对大鼠腹部皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 建立大鼠腹壁下动脉岛状皮瓣缺血再灌注的模型 ,检测应用钙离子拮抗剂维拉帕米 (Verapamil ,Ver)和汉防己甲素(Tetrandcin ,Tet)前后 ,皮瓣脂肪组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH Px)活性和丙二醛 (MDA〕含量的变化。结果 Ver和Tet可以明显地提高皮瓣的SOD活性和GSH Px活性 ,并可显著降低MDA的含量。结论 钙离子拮抗剂能减轻大鼠腹部皮瓣缺血再灌注损伤的脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of calcium channel blockers on ischemia-reperfusion injury of abdominal flaps in rats. Methods The model of ischemia-reperfusion of the subcutaneous inferior island of the abdominal artery was established in rats. The levels of adiponectin in the skin flap were measured before and after application of the calcium antagonist verapamil (Ver) and Tetrandcin (Tet) (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were determined.Results Ver and Tet significantly increased the activity of SOD and the activity of GSH Px, And significantly reduced the content of MDA.Conclusion Calcium antagonists can reduce lipid peroxidation induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury in abdominal flaps in rats.
