茶是我国人民普遍喜爱的传统饮料。茶叶在种植及生产加工过程中可能受到有毒有害物质的污染,因而茶叶的卫生质量直接影响到饮用者的健康。我们于1991年5月~8月对34个生产加工厂的38批原料,44个成品花茶按规定方法进行了抽样调查。结果按GB9679—88茶叶卫生标准进行评价。原料茶及成品茶合格率:原料茶抽检38份,卫生指标(铅、铜、六六六、DDT)合格193份,合格率为50%。成品花茶抽检44份,卫生指标合格11份,合格率
Tea is a popular traditional drink for our people. Tea planting and production and processing may be contaminated with toxic and hazardous substances, and thus the health of tea directly affects the health of the drinker. In May-August 1991, we sampled 38 batches of raw materials and 44 finished camellia from 34 production and processing plants according to the prescribed method. Results according to GB9679-88 tea health standards for evaluation.
