本文从热轧三分厂一次开轧双边浪形的板形异常现象入手,分析了模型设定及零调过程,结合实际设备尺寸进行零辊缝的核算。结果表明:精轧后段机架的“弯窜系统、辊系配对以及阶梯垫选级”三者之间的尺寸设计不合理,部分辊系组合零调过程中出现箱体与弯辊凸台接触,导致零辊缝失真,是造成轧制双边浪的原因。最后从支承辊辊径分档使用、工作辊直径范围限制及选级策略优化三个方面给出了临时解决方案。
This article starts with the abnormal shape of double-sided corrugated plate in the hot-rolled third branch factory, analyzes the model setting and zero-adjustment process, and calculates the zero-roll gap according to the actual equipment size. The results show that the dimension design of the “bending and channeling system, the matching of the roller system and the selection of the step mat” in the post-finishing section frame is unreasonable. Boss contact, resulting in zero roll gap distortion, is the cause of the rolling bilateral waves. Finally, the temporary solution is given in three aspects: the use of backup roll diameter, the limitation of working roll diameter and the optimization of selection strategy.
