本室对我院自拟复方扶正固本Ⅰ号方(党参、五味子、仙灵脾、胡桃仁、熟地、陈皮)曾进行过临床和实验研究,证明该方能纠正肺心病患者紊乱了的免疫功能。并收到明显的疗效,为进一步探明该方的免疫作用机制,我们利用正交试验分析比较了扶正固本Ⅰ号方中各药的免疫效应情况,实验是用ALS造成的小鼠进行的。本文就对巨噬细胞功能的影响作一报告。材料与方法一、动物瑞士产LACA纯系小鼠,体重20±2mg,雌雄不拘,由本院动物室供给。按L8(2~7)正交表根据用药不同将小鼠分为8组、每组10只,是为实验组。同时另设正常对

Animals Swiss LACA pure strain mice weighing 20 ± 2 mg, male or female, were supplied by the animal room of our hospital.
