五味子对肝炎病人和化学中毒性肝炎动物只肯定有降 SGPT 作用,各地应用该药治病毒性肝炎亦取得了较显著的疗效。目前五味子需要量日益俱增,为了给临床应用提供多方面的资源,我所植化室实验证明,五味子与其茎所含主要有效成分是相同的。我们重点观察了五味子茎对小鼠实验性肝损害的保护作用,现将结果报告如下。
Schisandra only has the effect of lowering SGPT on hepatitis patients and chemically-toxic hepatitis animals. The application of this drug to treat viral hepatitis has also achieved significant results. At present, the demand for Schisandra is increasing day by day. In order to provide clinical resources with various resources, experiments in the plantation room of our institute have proved that the main active ingredients contained in Schisandra and its stems are the same. We focused on the protective effects of Schisandra stems on experimental liver damage in mice. The results are reported below.
