该项目由华北电力科学研究院完成 ,荣获 1 999年度中国华北电力集团公司科技成果奖一等奖。厚焊缝中的面状缺陷是危险性缺陷 ,一些近似垂直于探测面的缺陷用常规的超声波探伤方法很难检测出来。该研究课题提出一种全新概念的超声波串列扫查方法——超声波头波串列扫查探伤方法
The project was completed by North China Electric Power Research Institute and won the first prize of Science and Technology Achievement Award of China North China Electric Power Corporation in 1999. Planar defects in thick welds are dangerous defects. Some defects that are approximately perpendicular to the detection surface are difficult to detect by conventional ultrasonic flaw detection methods.
