非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,对个体私营等非公有制经济要继续鼓励、引导,使之健康发展。本文作者结合工作实践体会提出在加快发展个体私营经济工作中亟需解决以下四个具体问题:提高认识把发展个体私营经济放到突出位置;明确主攻方向提高个体私营经济的发展水平;加大扶持力度努力为个体私营经济发展创造良好环境;重视教育管理促使个体私营经济健康发展。
The non-public ownership economy is an important part of China’s socialist market economy. We must continue to encourage, guide and make the non-public economy such as the private sector and the private sector grow healthily. The author of this paper, combining with the practice of work, proposes that the following four specific issues urgently need to be solved in accelerating the development of the individual and private economy: raising awareness and putting individual and private economy development in a prominent position; clarifying the main direction of attack and improving the level of individual and private economy development; Efforts should be made to create a good environment for the development of the private and private sectors of the economy; emphasis should be placed on education and administration to promote the sound development of the private and private economy.
