随着我國工業的迅速發展,合金鋼的光譜分析方法已逐漸地应用到冶金和机械製造等方面。生產技術的不断提高,要求不断改進光譜分析的準確度,因而如何提高光譜分析的準確度,便成为急需解决的問題之一。在配合鋼鉄廠進行高速鋼的光譜爐前快速分析的工作中。我們發現在用低电流交流电弧進行高速鋼中鉻的分析時,澆注狀态的样品的分析结果与退火狀态的不同。
With the rapid development of China’s industry, the spectral analysis of alloy steel has been gradually applied to metallurgy and machinery manufacturing. The continuous improvement of production technology requires continuously improving the accuracy of spectral analysis. Therefore, how to improve the accuracy of spectral analysis has become an urgent problem to be solved. In conjunction with the steel mills plant for rapid analysis of high-speed steel before the spectrometer work. We found that in the case of low-current AC arc analysis of chromium in high-speed steel, the result of the analysis of the sample in the cast state is different from that of the annealed state.
