以自由基溶液聚合方法制备了聚 (甲基丙烯酸 co 泊洛沙姆 )共聚物水凝胶 ,研究凝胶的溶胀和模型药物氢溴酸右美沙芬 (DMP)和维生素B1 2 的释放性质。凝胶的溶胀和药物释放具有pH 依赖的特征 ,在中性或碱性介质中的溶胀和药物释放速率要高于酸性介质中。在中性或碱性介质中 ,凝胶的溶胀为非Fick或零级过程 ,对于组成适当的水凝胶 ,在数小时内以零级动力学过程释放药物。
The poly (methacrylic acid co-poloxamer) copolymer hydrogel was prepared by free-radical solution polymerization to study the swelling of the gel and the release properties of the model drug dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DMP) and vitamin B1 2. Gel swelling and drug release have pH-dependent characteristics. The swelling and drug release rates in neutral or alkaline media are higher than those in acidic media. In neutral or alkaline media, the swelling of the gel is a non-Fick or zero-order process that releases the drug in a zero-order kinetic process over a period of hours for the proper composition of the hydrogel.
