双语教师作为双语课堂教学任务的主要承担者与实施者,其教学能力对双语教育的质量具有决定性作用。双语教师的教学能力是双语教师专业素养在双语课堂教学中的具体体现,有着与常规任课教师不同的能力要求。双语教师教学能力的发展是一个动态的过程,可以分为三个阶段,每一个发展阶段都有自己独特的特征,并呈逐步完善成熟的趋势。
Bilingual teachers, as the main undertaker and implementer of bilingual classroom teaching, whose teaching ability plays a decisive role in the quality of bilingual education. Bilingual teachers ’teaching ability is the concrete manifestation of bilingual teachers’ professionalism in bilingual classroom teaching, which has the different ability requirements with the conventional teachers. The development of bilingual teachers’ teaching ability is a dynamic process that can be divided into three stages. Each stage of development has its own unique characteristics and shows a gradual improvement of its maturity.
