通过调整激光熔覆工艺参数 ,对灰铸铁激光熔覆层裂纹问题的研究 ,发现表层裂纹率随激光扫描速度或激光功率的增加有最低值。结合激光熔覆工艺参数 ,分析了残余拉伸应力的变化 ,熔覆层树状晶的结晶方向及渗碳体组织长度和粗细程度的改变 ,同时也分析了珠光体的形态及分布与离异共晶的有无 ,解析了不同激光熔覆工艺参数形成不同裂纹率的原因。
By adjusting the parameters of laser cladding, the crack of gray cast iron cladding layer was studied. It was found that the surface crack rate had the lowest value with the increase of laser scanning speed or laser power. Based on the laser cladding parameters, the changes of residual tensile stress, the crystal orientation of the dendritic coating and the change of the length and thickness of cementite were analyzed. The morphology and distribution of pearlite were also analyzed. The existence of crystal was analyzed. The reasons for the formation of different crack rates by different laser cladding parameters were analyzed.
