目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)血小板三项参数即血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)及血小板分布宽度(PDW)的变化及意义。方法对我院25例HSP患儿和25例健康儿童血小板三项参数进行回顾性分析。结果与对照组比较,HSP组患儿PLT显著增高(P<0.05),PDW显著增高(P<0.05),MPV显著增高(P<0.05)。结论HSP儿童不但存在血小板数目异常,而且存在血小板形态异常。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW) in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods Retrospective analysis of three parameters of platelet in 25 cases of HSP in our hospital and 25 healthy children. Results Compared with the control group, PLT in HSP group was significantly increased (P <0.05), PDW was significantly increased (P <0.05), MPV was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion HSP children not only have abnormal number of platelets, but also abnormal platelet morphology.
