企业资源整合的根本目的是形成核心竞争力,涉及资源整合活动的要素有许多,其中最基本的就是整合主体和整合客体,它们构成整合活动系统的内部结构。通过资源整合提升核心竞争力策略如下:(1)资源整合主体战略:增设企业资源整合中心,建立模仿障碍;设置企业资源整合风险预警系统。(2)资源整合客体策略:优化高管人才配置;完善财务资源整合。(3)资源整合环境策略:营造企业发展的和谐环境;形成独特的企业文化环境。
The fundamental purpose of enterprise resource integration is to form the core competitiveness. There are many elements involved in the resource integration activities, of which the most basic is the integration of the main body and the integration of the object, which constitute the internal structure of the integrated activity system. The strategies for enhancing core competitiveness through resource integration are as follows: (1) The main strategy of resource integration: the establishment of an enterprise resource integration center to establish impersonation barriers; and the establishment of an enterprise resource integration risk early warning system. (2) Resource Integration Object Strategy: Optimizing Top Management Talent Configuration; Improving Financial Resource Integration. (3) Resource Integration Environmental Strategy: Creating a Harmonious Environment for Enterprise Development; Forming a Unique Corporate Culture Environment.
