在社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善过程中,由于种种原因,贪污贿赂犯罪仍呈逐年上升趋势,犯罪的形式、特点亦在不断翻新变化。如果我们仍然采用过去老一套的预防方式,其成效必定是有局限性的。从工作实践和斗争需要出发。笔者认为肩负打击经济犯罪重任的国家检察机关在遏制贪污贿赂犯罪上应推行立体预防模式。本文试就立体式预防模式进行探讨!
