本文对1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)在恒河猴帕金森病(PD)动物模型上的应用进行了研究,并对B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)抑制剂Deprenyl拮抗MPTP的神经毒性作用进行了探讨。结果表明:1.应用MPTP制成恒河猴PD动物模型与人类PD的特征十分相近。2.预先应用MAO-B抑制剂Deprenyl能有效地阻止MPTP的神经毒性作用。
In this paper, the application of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) in the animal model of Parkinson’s disease in rhesus monkeys was studied. The effects of type B monoamine oxidase (MAO-B) inhibitor Deprenyl antagonizes the neurotoxic effect of MPTP was discussed. The results showed that: 1. The MPTP made rhesus monkey PD animal model and human PD characteristics are very similar. Pre-application of MAO-B inhibitor Deprenyl can effectively prevent the neurotoxic effect of MPTP.
