胡绍华,男,1951年11月出生于湖北汉川。1981年毕业于宜昌师专,留校工作。1984～1987年在华中师范大学中文系攻读硕士学位,鲁迅研究方向。1994～1997年在华中师范大学文学院攻读博士学位,中国现代作家研究方向,先后于1987年、1997年硕士、博士研究生毕业,获得文学硕士、博士学位。先后担任宜昌师专中文系副主任、教务处副处长,湖北三峡学院科研处副处长、人文学院院长等职务,享受湖北省政府专项津贴。现为三峡大学文学院院长、教授、硕士生导师,省级重点学科“中国现当代文学”学科带头人。兼任湖北省鲁迅学会理事、湖北省三峡文化研究会常务副会长、《三峡文化研究丛刊》主编、三峡大学学术委员会委员。
Hu Shaohua, male, born in November 1951 in Hanchuan, Hubei Province. 1981 graduated from Yichang Teachers College, work in school. From 1984 to 1987, he studied for a master’s degree in Chinese Department of Huazhong Normal University and studied the direction of Lu Xun. From 1994 to 1997, he studied for a doctoral degree at Huazhong Normal University and the research direction of modern Chinese writers. He successively held master’s and doctoral degree in 1987 and 1997, and received a master’s degree and a doctoral degree. He has successively served as Deputy Director of Chinese Department of Yichang Teachers College, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Office, Deputy Director of Scientific Research Department of Hubei Three Gorges College and Dean of School of Humanities, and enjoyed the special allowance of Hubei Provincial Government. He is currently Dean, Professor and Master Instructor of the Three Gorges University School of Literature, and a leading academician in Chinese contemporary literature at the provincial level. He is also the director of Hubei Luxun Institute, executive vice president of Hubei Three Gorges Culture Research Society, chief editor of “Three Gorges Culture Research Series” and member of the Three Gorges University Academic Committee.
