1.方法原理将粉碎的样品用甲醇提取,提取液浓缩至10毫升左右,然后加一定量的水,继续浓缩,使甲醇全部蒸发掉。残留液加一定量的过饱和食盐水,用二氯甲烷反萃取。浓缩后的残留物用硅胶柱净化。用230毫升9:1的二氯甲烷:丙酮预淋硅胶柱,收集200毫升丙酮淋洗液。淋洗液浓缩后定容,用气相色谱氮—磷检测器。(N/PD)或火焰光度检测器进行测定。
