研究亲本对丝黑穗病的抗病性及抗病性遗传,对指导抗丝黑穗病育种有重要意义。为此,1981~1983年研究了一些丝黑穗病抗源的抗病性遗传,现介绍如下。一、材料和方法研究材料选用 Tx622A、Tx623A、Tx624A、麦卡 A4个免疫不育系,营4A1个高抗不育系,3197A1个感病不育系,晋粱五/恢7、多穗高粱两个免疫恢复系,298/4003、怀来/4003、怀来/渤粱一、三尺三/白平、铁恢6、白平、4003、锦恢75、忻粱52、三尺三、0—30、523、654、627、307、5—26、121、晋辐1等18个感病恢复系,组配的杂交组合42个。每年将上述亲本及其杂交种按顺序排列种
Studying the parents’ resistance to head smut and the inheritance of disease resistance are of great significance to guide the breeding of resistant head smut.
