利用2台气相色谱4根色谱柱对净焦炉煤气成分进行全组分分析,确立了合适的分析方法。建立了6种硫化物3次标准曲线,对硫化物外的其他组分以CH4作为基准物质,利用甲烷关联法校正气体组分峰面积,由校正面积归一化法求得各组分含量,并验证了方法精密度。该分析方法可为催化剂筛选、动力学研究、生产工艺控制等提供数据支持。
The gas composition of the net coke oven was analyzed by using two GC columns, and the suitable analytical methods were established. Six standard curves of six sulfides were established. CH4 was used as the reference substance for the other sulfides, the peak area of the gas components was corrected by the methane correlation method, the content of each component was calculated by the normalized area, And verified the method precision. The analytical method can provide data support for catalyst screening, kinetic studies, production process control and the like.
